Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Technology Department trains students in pipe
installation, maintenance, and repair for both residential and industrial
systems. Our fully equipped workshops feature modern plumbing tools, pipe
threading machines, and water system models. Guided by highly qualified
trainers with industry experience, the department provides a practical and
professional learning environment where students can master their craft and
explore innovative plumbing solutions.

The vocational training program consists of different levels, each with specific entry requirements and duration. The Artisan level, examined by KNEC, requires a KCSE grade of D (Plain) and below, with a study duration of 6 to 9 months on a full-time basis.
For Grade 3, also examined by KNEC, applicants must have KCSE or KCPE qualifications, and the course lasts 6 to 9 months on a full-time basis.
Progressing further, Grade 2, examined by NITA/KNEC, requires completion of Grade 3 from a recognized institution, with a similar 6 to 9 months duration under full-time study.
Lastly, Grade 1, also under NITA/KNEC, mandates completion of Grade 2 from a recognized institution, and follows the same 6 to 9 months full-time study period.
